Tax Benefits for Donations from Private Individuals

Private individuals can deduct an amount equal to 35% of the donated sum from their income tax, up to a maximum limit of €30,000. As an alternative to this tax deduction, a reduction of the taxable income base (tax allowance) can be chosen, up to a maximum of 10% of the declared income.
